Not only will you drop the weight you want, but you will get strong in the process. Being STRONG is critical while losing weight (fat). Becoming stronger will ensure you remain tight and toned, and... strong.
Many weight loss programs claim they can do this and that and promise you the world. Some even say they can work magic in less than 30 days. It's bullshit. This kind of thing takes time, depending on your current body composition. You need you to take this shit seriously.
You want results? Perfect. You came to the right dude. I can get you results. I've been doing this a long time and know what it takes to get you results. But are you committed to me and the process? HERE' WHAT YOU GET...
1 AT-HOME & GYM
Each day you train I have both at-home and gym workouts for you to do. You get to choose.
2 BI-WEEKLY ROUTINES
You will be on a schedule and training routiens will change every two weeks. You won't get bored!
3 TRAINING APP ACCESS
Everything is housed inside my training app. You'll have complete access and can also conect other tools like MFP, FitBit and your Apple watch.
4 EXAMPLE VIDEOS
Every exercise will have demonstrative videos. This will ensure you execute every movement in good form.
5 TRAINING VARIABLES
Every exercise will have the numer of sets, reps, and time. This way you'll know exactly what to do and when to do it.
6 PROGRESS UPATE
You will have the ability to see your progress. Simply add your photos, weight and measurements and the data will be plotted on your journey so you can see your improvements.
Please keep in mind that results may vary. The transformations displayed are the most hard-working and compliant clients that I have coached and their exceptional results should not be taken as average or common. You need to work your ass off.

Please apply to be trained. I always have limited slots, therefore I am only seeking those who are truly dedicated and those who want to change their life.
Please apply before anything else. This form allows me to assess if we should move forward with training.
After the application, I will follow up with an email. My email will reveal if I think this is a good fit or not. If it's a good fit, we will move onto step 3.
If this is a right fit, we will then schedule a phone call and discuss more details.
The last step is the beginning of our journey. After we have figured out all the details and we BOTH decide this is a good fit, we then start the onboarding processs and begin your journey onto a better version of YOU .
